Privacy Policy for Build Alpha and Axiom Futures, LLC.
Effective Date: December 19, 2025 Axiom Futures, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Build Alpha software (“Software” or “Service”), a no-code platform for algorithmic trading strategy development, testing, and optimization. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our Software, website (www.buildalpha.com) (www.buildalpha.com), or related services. This Policy is incorporated into our End-User License Agreement (EULA) and applies to all users. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, additional GDPR-specific provisions apply. If you are a California resident, additional CCPA/CPRA-specific provisions apply. By using the Software or our services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

User-Generated Content: Strategies, configurations, parameters, backtest results, performance metrics, trade-level simulations, and other data you input or generate through the Software.
Communications: Information from emails, support tickets, or feedback you send us.

Usage Data: Device information (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system), Software interaction logs (e.g., features used, timestamps), and aggregated statistics.

C. Information from Third Parties

Payment Processors: Billing details from providers like Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).

We do not share with third parties for their marketing purposes. For California Residents: In the past 12 months and beyond, we have disclosed identifiers, commercial info, and internet activity to service providers for business purposes. No sales occurred.
4. Your Rights and Choices
You have rights regarding your information:

Deletion/Erasure: Request removal (subject to legal retention).

5. Data Security
We implement reasonable measures (e.g., encryption, access controls, firewalls) to protect data. However, no system is fully secure; you use the Software at your own risk, as per the EULA. In case of a breach, we notify affected users and authorities as required (e.g., within 72 hours under GDPR).

We retain data as needed for purposes outlined (e.g., account info while active, plus at least 7 years for legal/tax reasons). Anonymized aggregates may be kept indefinitely. You can request deletion.
7. International Data TransfersWe are based in Florida, USA. Data may be processed in the US or other countries. For EEA/UK users, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other GDPR-approved mechanisms for transfers. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Software is not for users under 18 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe we have such data.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified via email or in-Software notice, with the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
