Hey guys (and gals),
Another user has revised my NT8 code and is about 90% done! If any of you can help out and think you'd be able to test or take it to the finish line it would be a big help and allow me to continue working on BA specific stuff.

Is there a solution for someone how to easily convert M5 data from M1 data downloaded from Ninjatrader 8?
It would already be a bonus to automatically convert it to the correct format for BA.

Hey,
Shoot me an email with your file and I can build you a converter and then I will also edit this response to include the attached converter here. Will look to add more nt8 scripts and ninjatrader scripts in the future. The ninjatrader forums are another great resource post ninjatrader version 8 update for those interested.

Update: please note you'll have to copy this text file into a python file. We cannot upload python files to this free forum :/ you can adjust the desired timeframe by changing the 'timeframe' variable in the code. This code will convert 1M bars into 60M bars. To convert 1M bars into 5M bars please set timeframe = 5. Thanks

Hey John,
great script. Helped me a ton getting started with the datafeeds. Can we do a collective post about all the findings for new people or do you wish to keep it that way?
